Why did you choose these tracks?
These songs are mostly well known, and new/other versions of known tracks. It is mostly the very good recording technique (Kari Bremnes), and the fab dynamics (Roger Waters) that make these stand out. But also if there is some heavy distortion (Gualbak), its great fun to make your diaphragms and eardrums move.
Which track is extra special to you, and why?
Bowies “Heroes” performed by Indra Rios-Moore gets me the shivers. Her vocal jumps out of the speakers when she starts singing. And the loves in Denmark too 😀
What makes a recording sound truly great to you?
When I forget about time and place.
