Nils Lofgren, born 1951, is an American rock guitarist, singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist. He is known as a solo artist, as founder/frontman of the band Grin, and as a longtime member of Bruce Springsteen’s E Street Band; his official website also notes his work with Neil Young, Crazy Horse, and Ringo Starr.

His music is mainly rock, roots rock, heartland rock, blues rock, and singer-songwriter rock.
