Image Rights & Copyright
At Audiophile-Streaming.com, we believe that great music deserves to be discovered, appreciated and shared. Equally important is our respect for the artists, photographers, designers and record labels whose creativity makes it all possible.
Our Use of Images
Album covers and artist photographs are used exclusively to identify and illustrate the music and artists featured in our editorial articles, reviews and album descriptions.
Out of respect for the original creators and copyright holders, we deliberately use small, low-resolution images. We do not provide high-resolution reproductions or offer these images as downloadable artwork.
Our images are intended solely as visual references accompanying relevant editorial content, not as independent works or decorative material.
Where the legal requirements are met, this use is based on the right of quotation (beeldcitaatrecht) under Article 15a of the Dutch Copyright Act (Auteurswet).
Copyright Ownership
All copyrights and intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.
Audiophile-Streaming.com does not claim ownership of third-party images, nor does their appearance on our website imply any transfer of rights or endorsement by the copyright holder.
We aim to credit original creators and sources wherever reasonably possible.
A Passion for Music, Not Image Exploitation
Audiophile-Streaming.com is an independently curated music discovery platform, created and maintained out of a genuine passion for exceptional music and sound quality.
The website is freely accessible to music lovers. Voluntary Coffee Club contributions and modest financial support help cover the costs of keeping the platform online and developing it further.
Our editorial use of images is intended to support the accompanying music descriptions and help listeners discover the artists, albums and record labels behind the recordings.
We believe that introducing listeners to great music also encourages them to explore, stream and support the original creators.
Copyright Concerns & Immediate Removal
We take copyright concerns seriously and respect the wishes of rights holders.
If you are an artist, photographer, designer, record label or other copyright holder and believe that an image on our website should not be displayed, please contact us:
Please include the URL of the relevant page and identify the image concerned.
We will review your request promptly. If you are the rights holder or their authorized representative and request removal, we will remove the image without unnecessary delay.
No lengthy procedures. No unnecessary discussions. Just respect for the people who create the art.
Our Philosophy
We are here to celebrate music, not to take credit for someone else’s creativity.
Every album we feature is an invitation to listen, discover and appreciate the work of the people behind the music.
Because life’s too short for bad speakers, and great artists deserve to be heard.
