1. About Audiophile-Streaming.com
Welcome to Audiophile-Streaming.com, an independent music discovery platform created and maintained by Ronald Koorengevel in the Netherlands.
Our mission is simple: helping music lovers discover exceptional recordings, talented artists and carefully curated playlists.
By using our website or Android application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Our Services
Audiophile-Streaming.com provides music recommendations, editorial articles, artist information, album selections and curated playlists.
Our content is provided primarily for personal, non-commercial use.
We do not operate our own music streaming service. Instead, we provide links to external streaming platforms such as Spotify, TIDAL, Qobuz, Deezer, Apple Music and YouTube Music.
Listening to music through these services may require a separate account or paid subscription.
3. Third-Party Streaming Services
We are not responsible for the availability, pricing, technical performance or content of external streaming platforms.
Music, playlists and recordings may become unavailable, move to another address or change without notice.
The terms, privacy policies and subscription requirements of the relevant streaming provider apply when you use its services.
4. Coffee Club
Our Coffee Club allows visitors to support Audiophile-Streaming.com through a voluntary contribution.
Under the current Coffee Club arrangement, making a qualifying contribution provides lifetime membership access to the available Coffee Club features, including the personal playlist collection where supported.
Lifetime membership means membership for as long as the Coffee Club service continues to operate. It does not guarantee that individual features, playlists or third-party music services will remain permanently available.
We may improve, replace or discontinue features when necessary. We will respect applicable consumer rights and any commitments made when a contribution was accepted.
Contributions and any applicable refund rights are subject to Dutch consumer law.
5. Personal Playlist Collection
Registered Coffee Club members may save favourite playlists using the features provided on our website.
We aim to maintain the availability and reliability of these features, but technical issues, maintenance or changes to external streaming services may occasionally affect access.
Users remain responsible for maintaining their own external streaming accounts and playlists.
6. Guest Playlists and Submitted Content
Visitors may be invited to submit playlists or music recommendations for editorial consideration.
By submitting content, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe the rights of others.
You grant Audiophile-Streaming.com permission to display, edit for presentation and promote your submitted material on our website and associated channels, without transferring ownership of your original content.
We reserve the right to accept, decline or remove submissions that do not meet our editorial standards.
7. Editorial Independence and Sponsorships
Our music recommendations reflect independent editorial choices.
Audiophile-Streaming.com may work with artists, record labels, audio manufacturers and commercial sponsors.
Sponsored content and commercial collaborations will be identified where required.
A sponsorship does not automatically guarantee favourable reviews, editorial recommendations or inclusion in our curated collections.
Any paid sponsorship agreement will be governed by its separately agreed commercial terms.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, original articles, website design, branding and editorial content belong to Audiophile-Streaming.com or their respective rights holders.
Music, album artwork, artist photography, trademarks and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
You may share links to our website and quote short extracts with appropriate attribution, subject to applicable copyright law.
Reproducing substantial portions of our original content without permission is not allowed, except where permitted by law.
9. Android Application
The Audiophile-Streaming Android app provides access to our music discovery platform.
The application may require an internet connection and may depend on third-party services.
We may release updates to improve functionality, security and compatibility.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every Android device.
Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory legal rights relating to digital services.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, accounts or application.
This includes attempting unauthorized access, interfering with technical services, distributing harmful software or using automated systems in ways that materially disrupt the platform.
We may take reasonable action against misuse, subject to applicable law.

12. Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to keep our information accurate and our services available.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the laws applicable to them, including protections that cannot legally be excluded by choosing Dutch law.
Disputes will be handled by the legally competent court.
