Dr. Chesky You’re surrounded

Released in 2015, Dr. Chesky Presents: You’re Surrounded is a landmark “Binaural Surround” album designed to create a 360-degree soundstage using only headphones. Part of the Binaural+ Series, it was recorded with a single high-resolution dummy-head microphone (no artificial processing). The 14 tracks—ranging from African percussion to bluegrass and classical—place instruments in precise 3D locations (front, side, and rear) to immerse the listener in a natural, lifelike acoustic space.
