Peter Ratzenbeck is an Austrian acoustic guitarist, composer, and music teacher, best known for fingerstyle guitar, folk, acoustic instrumental music, and Celtic-influenced guitar pieces. Apple Music lists him as an Austrian artist born on 10 October 1955, and TheAudioDB describes him as an Austrian guitarist, composer, and music teacher from Graz.
His important albums include Over the Years, Nightfall, Outremer, Travelogue, Peter’s Fancy, Resonances, Stringbound, Spheres, and Argonaut. His official website lists many of these albums in his discography, while Qobuz and Deezer also show releases such as Travelogue, Rustic Charm, Naturally, and Over the Years.
He is known in the European acoustic-guitar world for his expressive solo fingerpicking style, warm tone, and mixture of original compositions with folk, Celtic, blues, and traditional influences.
